ONLY people who have got their Grade Diplomas from Japan have GOT / OWN a certain Grade.
People who didn't have paid for it, they DON'T HAVE / OWN any grade they claim to have or to be!
So, if someone is claiming to be a certain Grade, just ask him to show you, his Diploma!
